Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. You agree to notify Kenddi immediately of any unauthorized use.

Marketplace Compliance

You agree to comply with the terms, policies, and guidelines of each marketplace platform you connect through Kenddi (e.g., Shopee, Lazada). Kenddi facilitates operations but does not override marketplace-level rules.

Service Availability

Kenddi is provided on an "as available" basis. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and marketplace API changes may temporarily affect feature availability.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access data belonging to other accounts, circumventing rate limits, or using Kenddi for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
