Data We Process

Kenddi processes only the data required to provide marketplace operation features: product catalog details, order records, and logistics parameters. We do not collect personal consumer data from your marketplace buyers.

Access Control

Platform access is governed by account-level permissions and protected by server-side credentials. API tokens for connected marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada) are encrypted at rest and never exposed to client-side code.

How We Use Data

Your marketplace data is used exclusively to power Kenddi features: catalog synchronization, order queue management, logistics pre-checks, and operational activity monitoring. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Retention

Operational data is retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account closure or disconnection of a marketplace channel, associated data is purged within 30 days.
